Hell yes!!! Dude took a Florida team with almost nothing and was in contention til the bitter end last 3 seasons, think of what he would with the talent we have. Now all we gotta do is find a way to re-sign Parise long-term and we are SET!

Have been meaning to post here about us but have been busier than hell. Well we didnt re-sign Zach long-term but we avoided arbitration which can be a good thing because it gives us more time to free up money to do just that. Pretty tall task when we're paying Kovy $6.67M/year til doomsday but hey if we get even 1-2 Cups it'll be worth it! Traded some dead weight (Rolston) and waived his replacement Trent Hunter ????? head-scratcher if you ask me and Lou better be putting that money aside to lock Zach up after this year or Devils Army will REVOLT big time. Colin White....GONE and good riddance! Dude was just taking up $4M in cap space and really wasn't worth half that.

Opening right a mere 29 hours away! Not as pumped as I was last year when I thought we were going to dominate but still pretty excited nonetheless.

We got Petr Sykora back and he earned his way back by trying out and having to survive cuts like a rookie so nothing was handed to him just because he helped us win 1 cup and almost another (he wasn't with us in 95 and in fact was playing against us for Anaheim in 03) Zajac out gonna hurt but I think with Crosby's future up in the air and the Flyers basically losing their top 2 lines (Carter, Richards, Leino,Carcillo all gone) If a few things go our way we can compete maybe even win the Atlantic. Fuck the Rangers they aint doin jack. Won't be starting trouble with the Hawks fans this year so no need to come over here and rub bad stuff that may happen to us in my face cause I won't be doing it you guys.

Well fuck horrible loss to a good team who is startin off bad. Up 2-0 late in 2nd we give up 2 goals in a minute. Then take the lead only to see them tie it with 32 secs left then lose in a SO. Were good but young and havent played a solid 60 mins yet but i still feel last year is a memory

Come back and gooe egg the Kings at Staples in a game that couldve sent us on a pre-miracle slide had we lost(still pretty fragile after that) Got the "Yotes tonight, should be a good one. GO DEVILS!

Well, our season has been full of surprises so far- some good (The 11-win and 21 point improvement from last year so far, looks like we might not have to lose Parise if we keep this up) and some bad (NHL-high 11 SHG allowed, repeated blwon multi-goal leads) But all in all I'm satisified because we aint done like last year were #6 and climbing!

Beginning of the end of the Devils as I know them. I can already see how this is gona play out. It'll be exactly like the Hornets' situation only worse because every Devil fan knows the vendetta Bettman has for this team once he gets a hold of it he'll destroy us from the inside out then move us. Parise/Elias will walk, We won't have ANY money to replace them and we'll turn into the Cubs/Hornets.

Hate to say it, but signing Kovalchuk will be the literal DEATH of this franchise and mt heart and soul will go with them, this was the first pro team outside of where I live I got attached to.

Well apparently, that ain't stopping us because we're playing with a chip on our shoulders! just jumped to 5th and are only 2 points out of 4th and 6 out of FIRST! Far cry from last years debacle which at this time we had 20 wins and were looking up to see bottom.

Well, Well another trade deadline gone, another problem NOT solved. When are we going to trade for someone we actually NEED instead of fixing the problem with the wrong tool like usual? First order of business for whoever our new owner will be this offseason is to tell Lamoriello to GTFO and let some new blood run this team who is actually in tune with how to do business in the 2010s. First round and out if we even make it.
