Week 15 BC.com Power Rankings

Postby dusters on Dec 15th, 2011, 5:39 pm

Note- Cubbiefan didn't vote this week

1. Packers- Losing Jennings hurts. Hopefully he can come back strong in the playoffs.

2. Ravens- Flacco is going to have to step it up if they want a chance at the Superbowl

3. Saints- Came alive in the 4th. Got the W thats all that counts.

4. Patriots- Gronk madness!

5. Steelers- Big Ben is one tough guy.

6. Texans- Yates did fairly well. All they really need is Andre Johnson and the Foster/Tate duo.

7. 49'ers- They are finally showing signs of weakness.

8. Falcons- Staying alive in the playoff picture.

9. Jets- The offense is finally starting to figure things out.

10. Giants- They have had a lot of nail-biters this year

11. Cowboys- Romo has been good, but the kicker hasn't.

12. Lions- They are going to have to pick it up if they want to make the playoffs.

13. Broncos- Again?

14.Titans- Couldn't finish it off. Played well for 3 quarters, choked in the 4th. *cough* LeBron *cough*.

15. Bengals- Falling off fast.

16. Chargers- They still have a chance at the playoffs.

17. Bears- They are getting no production on offense.

18. Raiders- They have looked absolutely the past two weeks.

19. Seahawks- Beast mode.

20. Eagles- They are starting to look marginally better.

21. Cardinals- They have won 5 of their past 6.

22. Bills- 6 straight losses.

23. Dolphins- Matt Moore has done some good things for the Dolphins.

24. Panthers- Solid effort in the 1st half. Lead 23-7 but then fell apart.

25. Radskins- they gave the Patriots a scare, but couldn't finish the deal.

26.Jags- Gave the Buccaneers a beating. Nothing else really going their way. Significant bump up for them this week.

27. Bucs'- Nobody should ever get beat down by the Jags. Thats just embarrassing.

28. Vikings- AP is back!

29. Chiefs- Orton's turn at QB/

30. Browns- Colt McCoy should have never entered the game after that hit.

31. Rams- It is hard to watch Steven Jackson on such a bad team.

32. Colts- Andrew Luck is pretty much in their hands at this point. Imagine if the Colts go 0-16 and the Packers go 16-0 in the same season.

2-10 is a crap shoot.
Accomplishments:
2010 - NFL Pick'em regular season & playoff champion
2011 - BC Dynasty Baseball league regular season champion

Words of Wisdom:
(1) You can only speak in absolutes if your name begins with "Fan." (2)Strikeouts are not of any importance for hitters; however, high K's for a pitcher are.

It really is. I could make the case for the Patriots, Saints, Ravens, Steelers, and Texans to all be number 2.
