Super Bowl Broadcasts until 2023

Postby Indianplaya17 on Jan 23rd, 2012, 3:36 pm

The television broadcast network schedule through Super Bowl 57 in 2023 is now set.

The NFL extended its television agreements with NBC, CBS and FOX by nine years this week.

The games will be equally divided between the networks during that span with each outlet having the rights three times.

NBC will carry Super Bowl XLVI (46) Super Bowl XLIX (49) in 2015, Super Bowl LII (52) in 2018 and Super Bowl LV (55) in 2021.

CBS will carry Super Bowl XLVII (47), Super Bowl L (50) in 2016, Super Bowl LIII (53) in 2019 and Super Bowl LVI (56) in 2022

FOX will carry Super Bowl XLVIII (48), LI (51) in 2017, Super Bowl LIV (54) in 2020 and Super Bowl LVII (57) in 2023

Still wish they'd move the Super Bowl to Saturday evening/night instead of Sunday.

Lets get to the real solution, the following Monday should be a National Holiday.
Accomplishments:
2010 - NFL Pick'em regular season & playoff champion
2011 - BC Dynasty Baseball league regular season champion

Words of Wisdom:
(1) You can only speak in absolutes if your name begins with "Fan." (2)Strikeouts are not of any importance for hitters; however, high K's for a pitcher are.

Yeah, with a bye week in between, the fact that we can't have the Super Bowl on Saturday is patently ridiculous. I can't think of a single reason to have it on Sunday.
