Well TGS, I am sure your super excited about this hire. I will miss Spags a lot...he's a great defensive minded coach. Maybe he isn't the type who can be a head coach but he sure as heck can coach a defense. Great move for the Saints.

I'm pleased with Gregg Williams coming over, but I wish we coulda just demoted Spags 8-)

You're better off with Williams and Fischer than with Spags and Fischer IMO.

I don't know a lot about him so it's hard to say. I've heard its a similar system of blitzing so it's probably not much of a change. As far as Williams goes, he did some good things for us but damn was he too stubborn some times. Like the end of that niner game. Davis is the only guy that can beat you and you make some terrible calls on D. It was just embarrassing. Mixed feelings about the guy.
