I'm taking Rams on the money line. Jackson and Kendricks will have a big days and that Ram D is no joke.
Accomplishments:
2010 - NFL Pick'em regular season & playoff champion
2011 - BC Dynasty Baseball league regular season champion

Alrighty, finally here to give my opinion.

1. Michael Vick is really hard to contain if he is hitting his targets on a consistent basis, and only running when the play breaks down. Dude was breaking what seemed like every damn tackle and he was on point with all of his passing attempts. DeSean Jackson dropped a few passes that coulda easily been counted for 6.

2. LeSean McCoy needs more carries. If the Eagles run the ball even a tad bit more, I don't see anyone stopping them. If you blitz Vick, he will make a spectacular run out of it. If you bring a 3 man rush and play really conservative, he will pick apart your pass D. McCoy has shown he can make the big plays. If the Eagles run a little more, they can be really fucking good.

3. I hate to blame a loss on injuries, but if we had Steven Jackson for the 4 quarters and not 2 fucking plays all game, I think we coulda won. Jax tore them apart on his 56 yard run, and even Cadillac came in and was running the ball fairly easily on the Eagles D...he almost had 100 yards. Steven is a big part of our passing game as well, so the loss of him for all game was basically what did us in.

4. Bradford wasn't sharp, but can someone catch the fucking ball? 8 fucking dropped passes by the wondeful receivers we have. Danny Amendola dislocates his elbow, out for 8-10 weeks. At this point, I was wondering if we should just call the season with everyone getting hurt.

5. Mike Sims-Walker....ummm hello? 1 fucking catch? Unacceptable. Now with Danny out he better fucking shine and start producing.

Overall, I am not disappointed at all. I was a little bit yesterday around 3 o'clock, but considering a Top 3 RB in the league was out all game made it easier to soak in I guess. Can't be too upset losing to a Super Bowl threat of a team in the Eagles.

Updated Injuries (I just read):

- Ron Bartell, starting CB, fractured neck in two places -- Probably out for season
- Amendola dislocated elbow -- 8-10 weeks right now, no surgery
- Steven Jackson strained quad -- Doubtful for next Monday Night

Really sucks losing Bartell, considering we are really thin at CB...down to 3 now, gonna havta go out and make a move. Amendola hurts bad too, our leading receiver. Jackson will be fine in a game or two, gonna have to weather the storm for now.

Week 1 vs. Philadelphia (Lost 31-13)
Week 2 @ N.Y. Giants (TBD)

Tough one to pick. Baltimore looked amazing in their week 1 crushing of Pittsburgh, then looked very beatable in their loss to Tennessee. Is Jackson going to be back? Don't think they stand much of a chance if Jackson is still out and they have Bradford throw 46 passes against that Ravens D. If he's back and they can mix up their play calling, could be a good game.

Disappointed..

I expected growth out of them, but I don't see it. Losing Jackson and Amedola, the top two weapons hurts big time, but the next man just needs to step up.

I'm selling the Rams.

I'm buying long term though. They'll be a contender in the future. They'll be a playoff team this year most likely(though I do really like SF.

SF? LOL!!!

SF is probably a 6 win team at most. Then again that might be enough.

A 7-9 division champion out of the West is realistic again. It won't be the Rams this year, tough injuries and just too tough of a schedule.

Seattle I think is going to regress and won't be in it either. Hitching your wagon to Tarvaris Jackson was just a silly move.

It'll come down to San Francisco and Arizona. I think the 49ers will take it at 8-8.

I really hope the division winner is even worse than 7-9 this year. Would just be too funny/sad to see a 6-10 team in the playoffs.

Just downright awful, but all hope isn't lost in the NFC West!

Luckily for you 8 losses is a prerequisite to win the NFC West.

Hell, last year San Fran started 0-5, and still was in it with 2 games left.

Overrated? are you really gonna talk Shit when your 1 and 6? You hold on to that win when you don't make the playoffs.

There's been some crazy games so far in the NFL, but this is the biggest. Saints are pretty clearly one of the best teams in the NFC, and the Rams are pretty clearly one of the worst, and without their starting QB.
