I really love Wash's enthusiasm, but he needs to become cheerleader/3B coach instead.

Seems like he'd be a fine bench coach with a manager that can work with him. Let Washington handle all the player interactions, but a manager to make all the in-game decisions.

Wash reminds me of Qball. Sure, he's a nice guy and the players seem to like him, but he makes some VERY questionable decisions.
