If used properly in a platoon role I think they are. You're talking about a $4.3M (in arbitration) centerfielder, if used in a platoon role we can possibly expect an OPS around .800, then you add in exceptional defense and baserunning skills you've got about a 6.0 WAR player.
WAR is not the end-all but is a pretty good starting point.
For comparison:
Ellsbury: 9.4
Kemp: 8.7
Granderson: 7.0
Victorino: 5.9
McCutchen: 5.7
So when used properly you're talking collectively about a player that isn't quite the elite tier of CF'ers but very closely comparable in value to upper-tier CF'ers like Victorino and McCutchen. That may make them the most underrated "centerfielder" in baseball and certainly a value worth hanging onto especially at the price.
