Houston Street and Joe Nathan are both available for those in need of a closer. Id take a pick in next year's draft for one of them. 2nd rounder for Street and a 3rd rounder for Nathan.

Says who? It's between Fuentes and Grant Balfour. Just wait.

I missed the word if........ I wanted Balfour

I'd say you could trade for him, BUT I don't want anyone except CJ Wilson or Yu Darvish from your team.....or Brandon McCarthy+power bat.

My roster was IP'd. I have a lot of work to do

If Medic can't offer me a closer he owns right now I'm interested in a trade.

I was reading that Fuentes has the upper hand at the closer spot in Oakland, giving me four (although that could change too, who knows) So take a look at what I have and shoot me some offers

You did get IP'd, so I'm not giving you personally a hard time. Basically the equivalent of Dale Sveum to an extent taking over a shitty team. Do wonders my man. Fuentes might very well have the upper hand....it's quite 50/50 right about now. Balfour at least had a low ERA and a good amount of holds last year, so in this league, he has a lot of value, especially given he can get me saves, as well. We shall see!

Oh, I know you werent, like I said earlier, I have no thoughts of winning this thing. I just want to not take dead last again. A move up to 9th place would be a start. As for holds, I have no one for holds as of now, so Ill be fine not getting them. Ill give that stat away, and focus on others.

When does the free agent list get unlocked? There are a few other moves I want to make

Good question. Since I cant make all the players go on waivers, would everyone be ok with a 1 round waiver draft? You don't need to use your waiver when you're up and can pass. Same wavier rules apply. If you do use it, you drop to the bottom of the list. This way, waiver priority comes into play

Or just open up FA and make it a free for all?

Im fine either way.

Players wont be on waivers, though. They will be free right when I unlock everything.

Free for all is fine with me.... Lets just try and document our choices so its the same every year.
Accomplishments:
2010 - NFL Pick'em regular season & playoff champion
2011 - BC Dynasty Baseball league regular season champion

Words of Wisdom:
(1) You can only speak in absolutes if your name begins with "Fan." (2)Strikeouts are not of any importance for hitters; however, high K's for a pitcher are.

I need to drop (or trade?) Gaby Sanchez for someone with 2B qualifications.

I also have 3/4 closers!
