OT: Meet n' Greet 2012

Postby betroit02 on Jan 19th, 2012, 1:21 pm

this has briefly been discussed by myself, IP, Cubbie, and OldStlye(which originated as a road trip to cincy). so im just trying to get some feel for who would want to meet a bunch of strangers off a message board. based on the feeling we wont be contending, im thinking some non-bleacher seats will be available for reasonable prices. so, lets try to get this done for once since it has been talked about since at least 2010.

Thank You,
The Management

I'm not spending my money on this team unless tickets are really, really, really cheap. Parking/Public Transportation + Tickets + Food/beverage = way to expensive to watch a project.

Also, I have to say that was by far the greatest conversation of all time. I thought we finally agreed on going to Miller Park to watch them since going to Cincy was a hassle.

If we go this year, better to aim for the first half of the season (pre ASB)

Since we may not be in contention in the 2nd half

I'm in. Either cheap seats at Wrigley (like 400 level) or a mini road trip to Milwaukee.

Im sure we'll see cheap seats again this year. Last year, there were tickets from anywhere from $2-10.

I'm planning on going to one of their games when they play in San Francisco. Who is with me?
People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.
