The division is just obnoxiously good.

And a much needed win from the Hawks tonight. Toronto was reeling. Was a must win.

Yeah, it is insanely good. 5 teams in the NHL with 80+ points, 3 in the Central. With a win tonight, we will have the most points in the league.

Great hockey game tonight. Huge win in OT vs the hated Nucks.

Plus Detroit lost. We are now 1 point behind them with 92 points. Though I kind of want to stay in that 6 spot so that we can face the Stars in the 1st round.

That 4/5 matchup with Nash and Det will just be nasty and brutal. The 6 spot certainly is where you want to be.

Gary, watching you guys play and looking at your stats you guys remind me a lot of us in the late 90's. Speaking from experience you can't just ride a season of stellar defense and goaltending to a cup without having about 4-5 really good snipers to back them up. Not bashing/instigating just serving a friendly warning because I've seen it firsthand time and time again.

Hitch won a cup in Dallas with the same style of play. Their offense isnt the best, but its still above the bottom 3rd, at 19th in the league. Granted, anything can happen in the playoffs.

Hawks got the ideal playoff match-up for Round 1 in the Phoenix Coyotes.

Now, let's see what this team will do. Phoenix won't be easy by any means, but I'd rather play them than Nashville/Detroit. Phoenix was the only team in the Top 6 without at least 100 points.

Both 4/5 match-ups are going to be pretty damn good.

Detroit/Nashville
Pittsburgh/Philadelphia

Having the 2 seed could actually benefit us. Vancouver is starting at Nashville or Detroit, and both are tough. Phoenix isnt an easy match up, but it is certainly better than the others. So if Phoenix can upset you guys, that would be great.

But, its playoff time. Anything can happen

Was at the game in Detroit yesterday. So much fun talking shit to those Red Wings fans.

I got exactly what I wanted. an OT win. I actually celebrated the 2nd Red Wings goal in regulation to tie it. People were looking at me funny haha.

I want absolutely no part of Rhine and the Preds
