All NCAA sports can be discussed on this board. There is no separation of Wisconsin teams from Illinois teams, so play nice.

Montee Ball Appreciation Thread

34 TDs!!!!! Many teams don't have the many offensive touchdowns this season and Ball has that many himself! Penn State has only 27 for instance.

This guy deserves to be the runaway Doer Walker Award winner and get some serious Heisman consideration. He isn't flashy, but he breaks tackles, drives through the hole, and has a nose for the endzone. All he does is wear out teams and score touchdowns. If you think his numbers are a product of inferior opponents, think again. Against bad teams he had to split carries with White and was taken out before the 4th Quarter. He didn't have a single bad game, over 100 total yards and at least 2 TD's in every game. Then against a very good defensive team in Penn St, he put up over 150 rushing yards and 4 TD's. That is a huge deal.

I really hope this guy doesn't go pro, because I want to watch him for one more season and also he is easily in range of the NCAA TD career record.

Props to Montee "Moneyball" Ball, its been a pleasure to watch him play over the last 3 years. If he doesn't get the awards he deserves, I hope he at the very least gets us a Rose Bowl victory.

Ball is the best non-Dayne Wisconsin running back I've ever seen. Ever since he was inserted into the Iowa game last year, he's been literally unstoppable. A ridiculous force at RB.

He has better stats than Richardson at EVERY SINGLE RUNNING CATEGORY, yet Ball has not been mentioned at all for Heisman, and Richardson is the favorite? What the hell is that about?

Also, Ball will be running in the NFL next year, don't kid yourself.

Fuck Richardson. Its a joke. #2 in the nation in rushing yards, tops in TDs, and not getting a breath in the Heisman. Its that SEC bullshit.
